鹹蛋莎莎醬 Salted duck egg salsa

  • 番茄 2 顆
  • 鹹鴨蛋 2 顆
  • 紅洋蔥 1/2 顆
  • 青蔥 少許
  • 薑黃粉 少許 
  • 香菜 少許
  • 萊姆 1 顆
  • 酪梨 1 顆
  • 玉米片 1 包
Ingredients
  • 2 Salted Egg
  • 2 Tomato
  • 1/2 Red Onion
  • Handful Cilantro
  • Small amount of  Ginger powder
  • Garnish with parsley
  • 1 Lime
  • 1 Avocado
  • 1 bag of Tortilla Chips
 
【步驟】
  1. 將 2 顆鹹蛋切碎後放入碗中
  2. 將 2 顆番茄切碎後加入碗中
  3. 將 1/2 顆紅洋蔥切細後加入碗中
  4. 將 1 顆酪梨切塊後加入碗中
  5. 加入約 1 碗切碎的香菜.青蔥
  6. 再加入約 1 湯匙薑黃粉
  7. 擠入 1 顆萊姆的汁
  8. 充分攪拌均勻後即可享用
【Instructions】
  1. Finely chop 2 salted eggs and add to a bowl
  2. Finely chop 2 tomatoes and add to the bowl
  3. Finely chop 1/2 of a red onion and add to the bowl
  4. Finely chop 1 of an avocado add to the bowl
  5. Finely chop about 1 bowl of cilantro and parsley add to the bowl
  6. Add 1 tablespoon of ginger powder
  7. Add in 1 lime juice
  8. Mix well and enjoy
